The fundamental rule Mِvenpick applies throughout the whole creation

process is the ’Natural Policy’: The selected ingredients are always

processed in a natural manner without artificial additives, artificial

flavourings or artificial colours.

The emulsifier is always natural egg yolk. The stabilizer is always natural

starch and proteins. Mِvenpick uses only real fruit puree to make its

creamy sorbets, and any added colour or fl avour is always natural in

origin – a highly unusual commitment in the world of commercial Ice

Cream production.
